• Christmas holidays, 25 and 26 December

Citizens of the Republic of Croatia celebrating Christmas on 7 January, Moslems celebrating Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, and Jews celebrating Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are entitled to paid holiday.

If one of the above holidays is on a Sunday, the next day is a working day. On all those holidays the employed citizens are entitled to pay.
