Overnights fell 4.3% Y/Y in July - 10.09.2009
The nuber of foreign tourists declined 0.6% to 2,372,000, compared to 14.8% less domestic tourists.
In June, 16.8mn overnights were registered, down 4.3%. Foreigners booked 3.3% less stays or 15.4mn with 14.5% less overnight stays of domestic tourists.
In the first seven months, nearly 5.96 million tourist arrivals were recorded, down 4.9% y/y, with the number of overnight stays down 4.5%.(SEEBIZ)
