UHPA - Employers' Association
Since 1996, UHPA is also established as the employer's association which negotiates the working and social
conditions as well as basic salaries of all employees in the Croatian travel agencies with the
Trade Union of Catering and Tourtism of Croatia. Consequently, UHPA is both a voluntary trade association
and an association of employers. Each association is an independent legal entity, though the bodies and logo
of the UHPA professional association are identical to the bodies and logo of the UHPA employers´ association.
The UHPA professional office also works for the UHPA employers´ association.
