UHPA active members are Croatian travel agencies (tour operators and/or retailers) only, while associated members can be foreign
tour operators and travel agencies, and Croatian and foreign companies and institutions whose primarily business is the provision
of products, services or information sold or used by tour operators, travel agents and individual tourists. Among those travel
industry partners, present UHPA associated members, are the leading Croatian hotel companies, international and national rent a car
companies, Croatian Airlines - Croatian national carrier, credit and debit card issuing companies, local tourist boards, Zagreb Fair,
Croatian Youth Hostel Association and other croatian and foreign associations, representatives of foreign National Tourist Boards
in Croatia, tourism faculties and trade press. Associated members are also tour operators from other countries - leading specialist
for travel to Croatia.
